Week 13 - Resiliency & the Healing Path
This week honours the strength participants have demonstrated throughout their journey and invites them to reflect on how far they have come. By exploring the foundations of personal resiliency and the ongoing nature of the healing path, participants begin to shift their identity from one defined by trauma to one grounded in growth, agency, and self-compassion. Healing is not a destination but a living practice. One that is unique to each person and built one courageous step at a time. A key concept for the participants to grasp is that Resiliency is not the absence of pain, it is the capacity to move through it.
